But...got home this am and brought donuts and kolaches for the kids. W seemed happy to see but i guess the most intersting part was after lunch i was in our bedroom on the bed watching tv and W waltzes in and sits in one of the lounge chairs by the bed and starts chatting with me for no real reason. Nothing big but at least better than the cold shoulder

And you seem to already realize how your frantic way of doing things and complaining about things did not help your R. So now I don't know what to tell you. I will have to think on it for a while.

I think I am there in terms of knowing what my biggest issues are. Need to act on what I know. I am sure there is other stuff I need to figure out.
