It seems my second thread has locked so I'm starting a new one.

Not much to report. Trying to keep the attitude of if no D is mentioned it's a good day. So far I'm on day 4 of not getting depressed. Not real upbeat but just kinda even. I have had a couple moments but I pushed them out of my head and got busy doing something I ennjoy. Guess the key is to not dwell on the negatives and when they start creeping in push them out as fast as you can.

Just keep busy and have fun with those kids. You will be fine. I am on day 4 of no contact either, but I am on vacation so that helps.

Yeah I'm sure vacation helps. Who knows when I'll get one of those. Oh well I'm staying busy. Day isn't bad since the kids are up running around. Night it's just me but I'm keeping myself busy these days. Does help.

Well no wonder I'm having such a hard time.

I got an email from my H last night saying as of yesterday he no longer works at his old company. Couple hours later I asked whose call that was. About an hour later he simply replied my boss... So I have no idea what happened. Obviously he's still not talking to me. Which I don't like but... Oh and we're all supposed to be going out of town this weekend. Should be real interesting.

I've had a couple people tell me the reason he's backed off is because lunch on Saturday was nice and so he got to thinking oh wait I'm getting too chummy or he's feeling and he's not ready too. I do realize this is what he does. He backs off but noramlly it doesn't last long and he'll talk again. I just don't like it. Well I don't like the sitch but I did realize a few days ago there is good coming from it. And hopefully I'll have my family back in the end.

Actually I put a couple back, just from a different puzzle.

Hopefully a trip for enjoyment. Go with an open mind and have fun.



That sounds good, hope he is thinking and not running. Yes, hopefully we all have our families back in the end.

Beating depression is a big step. Once I knew I was in the clear, depression did not come back. It may be the weather or work, but I have not had time to be depressed. Keep it up.

Yeah my mind will be open just can't control him. And if he's in a I'm not talking much less looking at you mood then....


Well this seems to be what he does. He says he's not supposed to talk to me so he'll stop. It normally doesn't last for too long. Then he's back to talking. Almost like he can't help himself even though he keeps saying he's not supposed too. So yeah hope this isn't him running.

I'm working very hard to not get down. I seem to still go to bed and cry some but other then that I've been able to be okay.
