It's a gift to you to help you really re-consider your relationship to prescription medication. It's a gift to you to encourage you to address your depression more vigrouously. It's a gift to you to help you realize that you may have lost yourself over the years. It's a gift to you to help you start living your call to adventure. It's a gift to your marriage, in that it will help you both correct an unhealthy dynamic that led to this affair. Don't squander the gift and return to your old way of being -- a way that has proven itself shaky. --Theoden

I know our recent phone conversation with me in crisis mode helped me through. Saffie, you're in such great hands here. All I can add is big hugs.

Just live your life and try to be positive. Life is short. There is no arriving, ever. It is all a continual becoming.
